That's what I've been wondering, as well. It sounds like some
nomcom chairs have identified some ambiguities that could use
clarification and some minor policy tweaks (well, I would put
the reduction in the number of nomcom members per company in
the "minor" category; others might not), but I haven't seen
anyone propose a major overhaul. Is there something that's
likely to be controversial?
