But is that really the case? If you have *provable* anonymity you have the ability to discard that anonymous input immediately, if you so choose.

I.e., if there is no "proof" of ownership of a message, just ditch it. If the proof of ownership says it's from a verifiable source, well, do what you want with it, based on the source. An anonymous source, in this context, is a verifiable source, and therefore subject to your filtering rules.
