Example:

I send my customer a cookie, i.e. in a message I have a header
entry like

  set-cookie: *(_at_)danisch(_dot_)de valid until 2008 customer 12345

Then (if the MUA supports and the customer agrees) any message from
the customer to my domain, even new messages, would contain a cookie:
header entry.

This is very similar to my idea of having mailable forms where some fields are automatically filled in.

I think something like this, either per-thread or per-recipient, could be incredible useful in any kind of machine2machine or human2machine interaction. And it could be part of a larger end-to-end option dissemination mechanism.
