Please, let's get this present draft out into the field with the minimal
alteration, and then consider further enhancements at leisure. If we rush
into inventing all sorts of SMTP/IMAP/POP3 extensions in a rush, we are
sure to get it wrong. Let us get the header defined so that people can
start using it, and providing feedback for what is is good/bad at.
