Newbie Question!

Hello, 

I am a newbie so this might be a stupid Q. Anyway here how it
goes..

I would like to know how do I use the <LISTLABLES> and all the
resource elements.. I did not find it in the documentation.. I mean
what is the sysntax from the command line?? or Do I actually
modify the scripts..??
