For some reason when I run the following script, MHonArc is looking for a
.gz file. All of the directory and file references are correct in the
script. Just for debugging purposes I've given everything in site chmod
777.
THE SCRIPT (new lines start with a *.)
*#MHonArc resource file for Religion 140 Fall 97 (Sid Brown) lists
*resourcefileA=/usr/users/listservs/majordom/archive/rel140a-f97-archive/r
el140a-f97.mhonarc.rc
*
*#Output directory for rel140x-f97
*outputdirA=/usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/mjdomo.archives/rel140a-f97
*
*#Archive file from rel140x-f97 list
*archivefileA=/usr/users/listservs/majordom/archive/rel140a-archive/rel140
a-f97.archive
*
*/usr/local/bin/mhonarc -rcfile $resourcefileA -outdir $outputdirA
$archivefileA
THE RESULTS
*Reading resource file: */usr/users/listservs/majordom/archive/rel140a-f97
-archive/rel140a-f97.mhonarc.rc ...
*Requiring content filter libraries ...
* mhexternal.pl
* mhtxtenrich.pl
* mhtxthtml.pl
* mhtxtplain.pl
* mhtxtsetext.pl
*Requiring charset filter libraries ...
* iso8859.pl
*Converting messages to /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/mjdomo.archives/rel140

*Reading /usr/users/listservs/majordom/archive/rel140a-archive/rel140a-f97
.archive /usr/users/listservs/majordom/archive/rel140a-archive/rel140a-f97
.archive.gz: No such file or directory
The last line in the results is the problem. Why is it looking for
rel140a-f97.archive.gz? Am I missing something obvious? I have four other
list that use the identical script (except for the paths obviously) and they
work fine.
Thanks in advance.
