So I've got the images inline by default. I found the place that tells me I
can put an icon in the message if the image _isn't_ inline.
I'm not seeing a way to put an icon or other mark in the Index lists next to
a message subject if the message had an attachment (whether it's being
inlined or not).
Is there a way to do that?
