Re: [Nmh-workers] Release Engineering

The new year approacheth ;-) I really think it's time to polish up the
current work-in-progress and push a release out the door. Let's gather
together a list of outstanding work items for 1.6 and get them wrapped
up. For my part, I have to dig in and finish the manpage cleanup I
started oh so many months ago. If I buckle down that should only take a
couple of days.

Here's my list from October:

I've got RFC-2047 encoding finished. Work is under way to get mhbuild to
run all of the time. The others don't seem so bad.

Additional items:

- Allow content-transfer-encoding in an mhbuild directive.
- Default to 8bit C-T-E (when required)
- Find a home for MH-V (not necessarily a release blocker).

(If someone had downloaded MH-V 1.1, could you send me a copy? I have an
email in to Steve Rader's colleagues to see if I can get a copy from them).
