Verry annoying behaviour on the part of xterm, due to the terminfo entry making use of xterm's internal screen memory buffer. If you use the attached terminfo definition, the problem should go away. And man pages will stay on the screen after you quit the pager. (That was the really annoying behaviour that prompted me to switch to this terminfo entry.) --lyndon
