Whoops, that's a bug in replyfilter; specifically, the error message is:

                exec (@conv) ||
                              die "Unable to exec $filterprogram: $!\n";

When instead it should have really been "$htmlconv[0]".

So you need to install w3m?  Or change @htmlconv.
