Yeah, exactly (see sbr/client.c). The issue is if you configure multiple
NAMES; the security layer needs to know which name you're using (that's
used by both SASL and the TLS code). I'm wondering if the multiple name
support is needed.
No. I'm sure this is a relic of the Time Before DNS. Today we have MXes
and multiple A records. So I say "nuke it!"
