        Your obserbvation is a good one.  I should have included the
ASN.1 to note that the default value was a zero length sequence of
CRLEntry and then the DER would make it explicit that the construct
should be omitted.  When we move 1422 from proposed to draft standard,
I think that is a good, minor edit to make.
