Still can't get it right...

Oh gosh, I'm just can't get it right...and am so frustrated about
the CONSTANT inflow of junk crap from earthlink.net  ... always
to some new bogus To: (or) From:  ... but *always* at the top it's:

        Received: from germany.it.earthlink.net

I understand it's "dangerous" to screw around with the "from" part,
but is there ANYTHING I can do to block this stuff from the planet?
