Spam regulation

This isn't really about procmail, but since *many* of you folks adopted
procmail to fight e-mail spammage, you might be interested in this legal 
article I ran across:

       "Garbage In: Emerging Media and Regulation 
        of Unsolicited Commercial Solicitations"

I haven't read it yet (50 pages incl. 20 pages of citation), but it looks
interesting.
