Let me see if I understand Timothy's filter:

I am assuming that every legit message from the procmail ist has the X-Loop
header. Correct?

And the procmail ist server puts the procmail address inthe to: header line.
So then if the procmail address is *not* in the to: or cc: lines it is
rejected. Correct?
SPAM-procmail
Anything matching the two rules gets put into a folder SPAM-procmail.
