The mere presence of this header causes the message to be ditched on my
system.

What is this header?  I am completely unfamiliar with it.  When does it
appear in mail headers?

And to use this to remove spam using procmail would I set up a rule as
follows?

:0:
* ^X-UIDL:*
/dev/null

Infohaus, cybercrash, revenueshare, profitshare, etc. are "First Virtual
Holdings" domains.

I assume all these domain names end in .com.
