What is this header? I am completely unfamiliar with it. When does it
appear in mail headers?
And to use this to remove spam using procmail would I set up a rule as
follows?

Infohaus, cybercrash, revenueshare, profitshare, etc. are "First Virtual
Holdings" domains.
I assume all these domain names end in .com.
