The mere presence of this header causes the message to be ditched on my
system.
What is this header? I am completely unfamiliar with it. When does it
appear in mail headers?
While a great many UCE/UBE SPAM emails do use this header caution should
be urged when setting global kills based on it, it does have a few legit
users (certain moderated lists) and killing on it alone could cause you
too lose cleint's email
Of course if you don't get any, go for it. I kill about 60% of the SPAM
using this header.

Just because MS-Windows holds 90% of the market doesn't mean it's
superior. Remember 90% of all animal's are insects.
