Abuse of procmail list

1997-09-25 00:00:45
So, in other words, you post irrelevant stuff to procamil so more
people will sit up and take notice of you? Perhaps I should cc
all my questions to mailing lists to you---you never now, you might
know the answer! Stop doing this please: it's rude and unncessary.
There is a perfectly good list for discussing SmartList---use it.

Why are all these SmartList questions being posted to the procmail mailing
list?

The procmail list has enough traffic of its own....
Hi,
I post to both lists because that is what has been recommended to
me. Basically, Smartlist has always been lower volume, and the spam that
goes through both lists has driven away enough readers that the Smartlist
list is basically comatose.

intelligence of poster)]
