Yes it is, but just this once .... :-)
My .forward file is:
!/home/pierre/bin/procmail
\pierre
That's your problem there. Your .forward file should read at least:
"|/home/pierre/bin/procmail #pierre"
There's a somewhat more elaborate one in the FAQ.
The other thing to watch out for when installing procmail as a general
user of the system, is the sendmail restricted shell (smrsh). Sometimes,
smrsh is not configured to allow procmail to run from a .forward .
In this case you must contact the system administrator.
