These are just different localized versions. Vs: is presumably Finnish
("vastaus"), Sv: is Swedish ("svar"), Danish and Norwegian have
different strings too, German uses Aw: ("antwort") etc. 

        o   MS mail uses "FW:"

As far as I can tell, this is for forwards, in the English versions.

        o   Some MS product sends "UQ: "

Gack, no idea what language this is. 
 
        They all must mean well, but there already is a de facto standard
