Not very hard to test, is it?
$ cat test.rc
SHELL=/bin/sh
LOGABSTRACT=yes
DEFAULT=/dev/null
:0
{
DEFAULT=./ouch
}
$ procmail ./test.rc </dev/null
Folder: ./ouch 1
With a :c flag on the nesting recipe, it might be harder to figure
