Of course that works, but I was trying to see if it could be done with the

               VARIABLE=value command

syntax, and in my attempts under Solaris and the /bin/sh on tktv.net I
couldn't do it that way unless I dropped 'exec'.

Nor did

         exec TZ=CST6CDT /path/to/procmail -f-

work either.
