If you try it on your server does the recipe below work?
I have not tried this particular recipe, but I do have lynx scripts doing
similar things and yes they do work.
However, I do tend to use cron jobs for dumping pages daily, rather than having
it done several times a day.
I can write a shell script that does better error checking and run it daily (for
pages that change that often) and prefer that to having to depend on the server
connection, etc every time that someone wants an auto-reponse.
