No, nothing of the sort. The local delivery agent in your box is procmail.
The location of allowable programs is /usr/sbin/smrsh (which prevents users
from running any program on their mail they want). Neither of these "do"
anything. (Think object, not verb.)
So it looks like openmail wont be procmailed.
I'd strongly suggest you hire someone local to you to handle the changes
for you. Unless, of course, you're willing to take the chance of having your
mail disrupted in the event of a problem.
