No, it was Andrew's mistake. It is a perl-ism (perhaps also an awk-ism)
that doesn't work in procmail. Moreover, it never will, for if procmail
adds the feature, the braces will have to be escaped for backward
compatibility with old recipes that might search for a literal string
matching that syntax. (Or at least the left brace will have to be escaped.)
