I agree with Sean (no surprise, as he agrees with me about it).
Additionally, SKreme wrote,

it's short, it's obvious what it's doing, it's simple. Elegant, maybe.
However, it does require starting up a shell; even if /bin/test is a
binary on your system, procmail can't handle "||" on its own.
