I dunno, how about because the tweaks to the HEADERS are only in the
HEADERS, and thus only the HEADERS need to be filtered
The SA versions that by default mark the subject ALSO mark up the body.
Even SA-current adds a MIME wrapper to the original message. If you
pass only the headers, the message will NOT be restored to its original
state.
