I've tried this without success:
:0
* ^From:.*(boxer\.com\.au|boxer\.digerati\.com\.au)
$MAILDIR/spam

How do I have to modify this recipe?

Did you try this?

   :0
   * ^received:.*boxer\.((digerati|golftime)\.)*com\.au
   $MAILDIR/spam
