'host'. You should find it on most systems.
curently I am using "<the.spaming.ip.address>.sbl-xbl.spamhaus.com
FTR, I don't read messages which arrive on discussion lists as
_attachments_, so the only reason I even saw the above is that someone
else
quoted your attachment back to the list.
I didn't even notice that. Looks like Mahogany unwraps some attachment
types automatically. Michelle's seems to have been created by the way pgp
(gpg) is set up. I just got a little tag at the bottom of the message
stating that there was a good signature from an untrusted key -- even
though I have Mahogany set to use it's "text only" message viewing
interface.
And, for those of you interested in the things to look for in spam -- read
through the Declude Junkmail documentation at
http://www.declude.com/Articles.asp?ID=116
IMail -- that Declude plugs in to sucks wind and I'm working on getting us
moved to a linux based mail solution -- but Declude itself is awesome and
the tools they provide at http://www.dnsstuff.com and
http://www.dnsreport.com can be a big help in tracking down false pos
problems.
