Simple recipe

Since I am a procmail novice, I usually get my answers from
a friend.  Unfortunately he is now in Iraq.  So here is my 
question: 

I am getting spam from me to me with my handle in at the 
breginning of the subject header.  Logically I want to 
write:
  If From header    contains "rdadams" and
     To header      contains "rdadams" and
     Subject header contains "rdadams" then
     purge message.
