Works on telnet but...

2005-02-17 20:38:49
I am thinking of moving to a new hosting service
and testing a simple procmail recipe which cc-transfers
mails to my mobile phone and drops in MailBox as well:

----
SHELL=/bin/sh
VERBOSE=on
HOST=www385.XXXXXX.ne.jp

:0c
! xxxxx(_at_)t(_dot_)vodafone(_dot_)ne(_dot_)jp
-----

When I run this recipe manually from telnet, it works fine.
Mails are transferred to my mobile phone and dropped in MailBox.

For automatic processing,
this site requires to invoke procmail via .mailfilter file.

Judging from the procmail log,
the procmail seems to be invoked properly and the recipe processed
properly.

***** START OF NEW EMAIL *****
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=/usr/sbin/sendmail -oi
xxxxx(_at_)t(_dot_)vodafone(_dot_)
ne.jp"
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=/home/kula/MailBox/type5/maildir/new/msg.
BI0a"
procmail: Opening "/home/kula/MailBox/type5/maildir/new/msg.BI0a"
procmail: Acquiring kernel-lock
procmail: Executing
"/usr/sbin/sendmail,-oi,xxxxx(_at_)t(_dot_)vodafone(_dot_)ne(_dot_)jp"
 Subject: testing
  Folder: /home/kula/MailBox/type5/maildir/new/msg.BI0a
  976
"

But the problem is ... no mail is actually transferred to my mobile
phone, and some mails(maybe 40%?) are not dopped in MailBox.

I would appreciate if you could point out
any possilbe reasons(check items) for this phenomenon.

Thanks in Advance,

P.S.
I sent a question about this several days ago to the support and got a
reply that somebody will be working on it, but got no reply ever since.
