That line will throw away the message silently, so no non-delivery
report will be sent to the Sender.

If that is not what you want, just remove the line, and the delivery to
$DEFAULT will be tried again (not necessarily resulting in the same
error).

An alternative is to send such a report yourself, from within your
.procmailrc. It is impossible though to always find the proper address
to send the report to.
