I still have spam that is making it through (recently the stock
market "tips"). My question, is there a listing service that
keeps current with new spams that could help my recipes out?

I've contructed a list of "common" phrases in spam, which
generally applies and I rarely change now anymore (because
spammers are not very creative). Check it out and drop what
you consider too risky for false positives.

Can procmail review an outside service to help filter spam
without me creating new recipes?

It probably could be installed, but performance and dependency on
reliable network connections would keep me away from this.

I haven't had much luck looking for any of these services. It
might be because there aren't any out there.

Perhaps due to the reasons given above.
