I don't understand this.  Surely Exim doesn't have any code to 
implement SPF at this time.  And surely any code that that got added to 
Exim to support SPF would be constructing it's own queries to DNS.  So 
I don't see how any part of Exim would be involved that would check 
this rule.  Does Exim have some sort of layer over DNS that enforces 
this rule at a lower level, and that any SPF could would have to call?  
Or does Exim have some sort generic, configurable DNS query for 
validity system that could be used for SPF, and that has a rule check?
