Just a heads-up: the draft is still changing a tiny bit, becoming even
simpler.  Mark Lentczner and I are having a great time hacking on it
using SubEthaEdit.  To give you some idea of what to expect, the
"default=deny" is becoming a mechanism "!all".  "Exec" is becoming
"redirect".

Please expect a new version out tomorrow.
