I used the Perl script, Mail::SPF::Publish, to create the SPF DNS
records for two of my domains, and I installed them on my DNS server
yesterday (yes, Thanksgiving :-) ). So far, nobody has queried for
them. :-(
I noticed that the DNS records the Perl script generated don't really
match the description in draft-mengwong-spf-02.txt. For example, the
RFC doesn't mention the _smtp_client subdomain nor the
SPFinclude=... option.
Which one is correct, the Perl script or the RFC? Are there plans to
bring them into agreement?
Thanks.
