While Mail::SPF::Query and the draft are currently compatible,
Mail::SPF::Publish has not yet been brought up to date with the new
draft version.
Mail::SPF::Publish was written for the old style syntax.
The new style syntax is much, much simpler than the old style syntax.
Could people please try generating new-style records by hand? If this
is too difficult I will bring Mail::SPF::Publish up to date.
