I think I would find it personally useful for there to be a
well-defined way of knowing whether a "pass" is a "tight match" or a
"loose match"
By "tight match" I mean the domain specifies ?all or -all
By "loose match" I mean the domain specifies +all
I don't think we should do anything drastic like have 'pass' and
'pass-loose', but maybe there could be a well-defined string in the
comment field denoting this "loose match" situation so that later
filters may be able to adjust spam scoring higher for loose matches.
I know I can just hack my server implementation myself to do this (or to
find out if they do it already), but I think it may be useful to others
as well, so it may be nice to have this somewhat standardized, or at
least a "suggested practice" for implementors.
What say you?
