Other forwarders

I've found out that 'ebay' sends forged mail (if you try and send mail 
to another ebay user).
Also, at 21:21:53 EST this evening, apex.listbox.com tried to send 
forged mail from me. Hmm.
Happily, I let these people do this stuff while it stays below 100 
messages per day, but I think that there is some cleaning up to do.
