Right. They, and other similar services that let anyone type anything
in as the To: address just want to able to have someone mailbomb
anyone. (Actually, I haven't checked out Hallmark.com, but this kind
of abuse has popped up with a lot of similar systems.)
SPF-aware hosts wants to
check the envelope sender. It is expressed exactly by the 'mail from'
example.
The SPF-aware host should still reject it because the source routing
still claims that it is coming from someplace other than hallmark.
