If you're a panix customer, you can do this already.

    20040127-18:55:16 mengwong(_at_)dumbo:~% dnstxt panix.com
    v=spf1 ip4:166.84/16 ip4:198.7.7/24 ?all

So what you'd do is

    vanity.com  TXT "v=spf1 include:panix.com -all"

(Yes, they know about the .0.0 thing, they'll fix it.)
