libspf v0.22 includes two important fixes in the qmail patch fixing
library shutdown upon receipt of multiple send addresses inside of an
email, as well as a memory leak fix when smtp_mail was called more than
once. Thanks to Patrick Earl for his contributions in this area. Also
included are a couple of other minor fixes to the qmail patch for
smoother operation, and TARPITTING has been enabled. Use at your own
risk. See the CHANGELOG for more information!
