I would to know it is possible to have a separate mailing list for SRS?

I think they (SPF and SRS) are completely separate issues as forward
validations can be done many ways.  SPF is specific to one concept only.

SPF mandates some form of SRS?

SPF doesn't mandate SRS.

If you don't forward email, you don't need SRS.

If you you think it is easier, you can get the recipients of your
forwarded email to whitelist you.


Similarly nothing mandates VERP.
