If the ISP's here in the States were slow and Telco-like, that would be a
terrific improvement. Comcast hasn't even gotten around to blocking
outgoing port 25 connections for dynamic IP lines, which has turned their
user base into the most formidable zombie farm on the planet. Virtually no
one here does SMTP AUTH ("our users could never deal with that"). Sadly,
this is not the place to look for technical innovation among ISP's. "Early
adopter" here means someone who is thinking about rejecting connections from
servers with no DNS ... just on a few test accounts, mind you.
