I've just seen this:

| "v=spf1 ip4:193.99.144.0/24 ip4:193.99.145.0/24 ?all"

They send their newsletters using one of the shown IPs, but
of course they don't want to be rejected if something on
your side didn't work (old style forwarding).  Bye, Frank
