My humble opinion about this is : Let MS crap and licenses to MS, go for plain
good ol'e SPF, there are 20,000 domains that have adopted it around, there
are good libraries and usable MTA extensions that are getting better everyday
and are not encumbered with MS patents or licensing issues. So the choice is
obvious.
