Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't.

The IP address will come from the name server used by the MTA or spam
filter, which may be little help in tracking down the actual MTA.
(For example, if the IP address resolves to some comcast NS, you
aren't going to be much closer to finding out who has the strange
implementation.)
