Correct, and for the domains that never ever send any mail, 
you should put "v=spf1 -all", so that spammers can't use 
those domains too.

I didn't know that! 
We have about 30 domains that are idle.

OK all the domains that are registered to us now have the correct TXT
records in dns.

The 30+ idle domains have  "v=spf1 -all" and the mail 
active domains have "v=spf1 ip4:64.204.63.128/25 -all"

That was simple and easy to do.
