If they lie about their policies they're moved to the special
list wadb.isipp.com (withdrawn accreditation).  If I understood
the procedures correctly they then stay forever on WADB without
a monthly fee.  I'm not sure how that's supposed to work for
new owners of the domain resp. IP in question.
