Microsoft's email which went out today explaining what happened with MAR

If any of you directly received the email which went out today to a
list of people (we don't know how they chose or built the list),
explaining how what happened with MARID has all been by joint
agreement and discussion between MS and the Marid chairs, what they
will be doing going forward, etc., it would be appreciated if you
could forward it to the list (and Marid).

In the meantime I'm working on getting permission to forward it myself
(I did not receive it myself..go figure..).
